I would like to talk about the topic of exercises in daily basis in our country. I never executed exercise when but I was a kid, because I was a Slender person so I didn't want to do exercises, but I had played cricket and football on holidays when I was young. But it was not only an exercise but also an entertainment too. I don't think in India majority of the people are doing exercise, may be 20% of the population is practising regular exercises like yoga Jim and so on. And another 20% of the people are doing exercise like by walking jogging and some other activities like badminton and volleyball. But now a days the youngsters started exercising more than the elder generation. Mainly celebrities popularise yoga widely. I think yoga is the best exercise for fitness for both men and women. It will help to maintain the body fitness and also the mental fitness. However, I think the people of India had doing gym or jogging when I was a child but now the people has changed to yoga more. .
