To start with I wanted to set off the positive sides. One of them is no need to commute. For instance, for such huge cities as Madrid, with its bumper-to-bumper traffic it’s a significant advantage. More specifically, it is a valuable contribution into ecology improving. In addition, individuals themselves can benefit in tons of ways. Namely the flexibility of the time-management. Indeed, if you are an early bird, you can accomplish your tasks at dawn and just chill out the rest of the time. At the same time others prefer dedicate themselves to personal stuff during the daytime and accomplish their job only at night, when it’s less noisy and nothing can distract them. On the other hand there are some alarming outcomes which you should take into account if you are about to work from home. Firstly, you go out less frequently, so you might feel kind of isolation and as a consequence frustration or depression. Indeed, in my case this was the reason why I returned to the office. Sometimes, though, the situation is totally opposite, when the family members disturb you and you can’t accomplish your tasks properly and in time. The last, but not least, you should be aware of possible technical issues. As an illustration, imagine there is an electricity cut or problems with the connection. Certainly, as no technical staff is provided, it’s completely up to you to resolve the issue. That being said, from time to time you really have to wear many hats.
