Does technology make us more alone?

Does technology make us more alone? GLY5m

It is believed that the development of technology is making us more alone. Personally, I think this statement is true. First, technology is making us spending less care for real relations because most of our time is spent for virtual contacts. It can be seen that nowadays, people are having tendency to consider smartphones, tablets, … as a friend to help them entertain or use it as a tools to find friends online instead of treasuring and maintaining relationships in real. Since then, more virtual friends are born and less real relationships are spent time. The sad fact is when you stop using those devices and need help in real life, it can not be sure that those virtual relations will be willing to help you or give you sincere advise. The less you share your emotions and stories with the people surrounding you, the less loving, understanding and caring you can receive, and this make you more lonely
