n my opinion, the majority of those who have managed to build a career had suffered from the syndrome at some point in their life. Some level of doubt is inevitable. When it comes to responsibility, questioning yourself is a part of a process. The future is unknown and unpredictable, so hesitation may be the case. One shouldn't let fear and doubt take over herself. Imposture syndrome should be taken into consideration as any other mental problems.
