There are a variety of ways in which people can approach work. Some people prefer to work individually and others in groups. Both have advantages and disadvantages. But I believe the benefits of working in a group are much more than working individually. I feel this way for the following reasons, which I will explore in the following essay.
First of all, it is worth considering
Second, when it comes to addressing the problem, teamwork enables us to produce effective and diverse solutions. Since each person views the problem differently, having a large number of people working in a group means having more creative ways to solve the problem. My personal experience is a compelling illustration of this. Last week, in my class, me and four classmates were assigned to a project regarding how to solve a problem between states in international trade relations. All five of us came up with different ideas and finally produced many creative ways to handle the situation.
In addition, everyone is unique and has different skills, backgrounds, and experiences. Therefore, others in a team can help you see things from a different angle. When people apply their unique skills to a common task, they often create more effective solutions than independent workers.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that teamwork is much more effective than individual work. It not only helps to focus each member to their respective tasks, but also enables us to view the problem from a variety of angles.
