In spite of not having a diet, most people are in good shape without any overweight. This is might be because of two main elements of genes and physical activities that directly effect on our body weight. To be more exact, some genes are responsible for the weight and make us fat. Thus, if we don’t have these types of genes, we aren’t fat. As it mentioned before, physical activity is as important as genes. Its essence is due to the increasing the body’s metabolism when the physical activity is done regularly. So it is logical that some people be in shape without any paying attention to their eating habits. Totally, they consider a number of factors that enhance the chance of being fit.
