Sambose is a Iranian delicious food. It's recipe is very easy and you can make it fast. For making it for four person, we need four middle potatoes, two middle onions, some salt and pepper, some oil to fry it, some thin bread. Also you can use other spice that you like them, for example chopped parsley, coriander, . . . . First, you should boil potatoes for 15-20 minutes. After that you should peel them and smoothen them. Then you should chop the onions and fry them with some oil. After that, add salt, pepper and other spice to it. Finally add smoothen potatoes to it and mix them. After that put them material out of oven, use bread to fold material. you should put some material to bread and fold it. Then fry the filling breads. Now the food is ready and you can serve it with ketchup sauce or pepper sauce.
