I graduated from the faculty of education English department in 2020. I started to teach online in private classes because of the pandemic. After three months from my graduation, I have started to work in online Islamic school in Britain to teach Quran and Arabic to native English speakers. Afterwards I have started to work in another Islamic school in America to teach native English speakers’ Arabic language and Quran. My main dream is to do master in UK to know about new methods in teaching. Therefore, I apply to Chevening scholarship. My immediate short term career goal as soon as I return to my country will be to use my new qualifications and knowledge to improve the education in my country. My first passion and my main goal is to change the ways of teaching English to effective ways. Because of the shortage of knowledge, the students graduate from the faculty with a low knowledge in English. By my network at the university, I will make an event to talk about my experience that I get from the scholarship and I will make a free course to a specific number of qualified graduated students about how to teach English as a second language. Thirdly, I will start to build my company in teaching English as foreign language to different stages. I will choose teachers from the group that I will have trained to work in it under my supervision. In my middle -term goals, I will start to train students from different universities. Through my community I know a myriad of students in different governates. I will start by the students from upper Egypt who are graduated from the faculty of education English department through online lectures about how to teach English in effective way In my long-term goals, I will start to prepare my PHD by applying in a scholarship and continue my studies abroad. Meanwhile, I will start my international company that I will prepare for it when I will arrive to England. I will choose from my peers in the scholarship a group of different teachers to apply what we will have learnt in the scholarship in our communities. To illustrate, group of teachers from different countries and I will start to train a group of teachers in Egypt then the other countries that the teachers from it by arrange. In conclusion, my career plan will be applied in arrange from starting the scholarship and after I return to Egypt. The community of the scholarship will be an addition to my network to apply it and spread the knowledge not only on my country, but also in my peers’ countries
