Average CO2 emission per person in Capitals from 1967 to 2007 YB9jK
In the given picture, the average CO2 emissions per person of capital is shown year by year from 1967 to 2007. The data is collected by 10 years interval. In general, the trends for 2 capitals (United Kingdom and Sweden) are falling, and 2 capitals (Italy and Portugal) are increasing up. In 1967, the emission was highest in United Kingdom, the second in Sweden and the lowest in Portugal. But the steady falling trend can be seen in United Kingdom. However, the emission rate is obvious and fast falling trend in Sweden although the peak was in 1977. Contrastively, the average emission in metric tonnes in Italy and Portugal is consistently increasing from 1967 to 1997, but the average emission was nearly the same in 1997 and 2007 in both countries. Although, the falling is in Sweden and United Kingdom, it just reaches to the highest peak of 2 capitals: Italy and Portugal. In the coming next 10 years, the trend in United Kingdom will be the same point with Italy if the decreasing trend persist in UK and the constantly trend in Italy.
