The purpose of this research was to analyze the quality of item test which being used as a learning outcome measurement tool in senior high school. The test consists of 45 items that measure student’s higher order thinking skills. The item of the test was analyzed using rasch model. The analysis was measured the item validity and reliability, discrimination power, difficulty levels, and distractors of the item test. The result shown that 43 items of the test which being used were valid and the overall reliability was 0. 76 which was good. The analysis of the difficulty levels shown the item consists of a good variative item. The discrimination power analysis shown that 34 items were good in differenting the student’s levels and 40 items categorized good in distractor power.
