Let me rephrase the topic in the direction that I wish to go in the end. More and more fresh minds are replacing experienced lines in the government. Is this going to be beneficial for the country? What should people expect in the long run? These are a few queries which I am willing to address.
I would like to begin with the view of the people who agree with this idea. A supporter would probably argue that a person in his or her 20s or 30s is at its best physical form so it’s body will not be a limit for activities. In addition to that, a young fresh brain is able to think out of the box and come up with new innovative solutions as they are definitely required for modern problems as we move forward in time.
so what about the older people? are they totally useless? Absolutely not. What the youth are missing is the exact thing that the aged are full of and that is experience. Knowing how the system works in details and having connections with other people is something that younger occupants of governmental positions lack and in order to achieve such a valuable thing, one has to spend time.
so what are the consequences of radically obeying each of these views? I would say that too many untrained minds means too many mistakes while too many old bodies could mean a few amount of work getting done. Let us note that not all the positions require the same set of skills therefore wouldn’t it be perfect if each age group took a job suitable for his age? Only then it can be expected from ones strength to compensate for others weakness and form a fully functioning system.

I would like to

so
what about the older

are

Absolutely
not. What the youth are missing is the exact thing that the aged are full of and
that is
experience. Knowing how the system works in

and having connections with other

is
something that younger occupants of governmental positions lack and in order to achieve such a valuable thing, one

Only
then it can be

from
ones
strength to compensate for others weakness and form a
fully
functioning system.
