In more depth, it is visible that security and development of Bangkok were the top using service around 5 million to 6 million. However, other was the lowest spending at 1 million. After that, healthcare, education and welfare were consuming ranged from around 3. 5 million to 4. 5 million. The final statistics reveal that Phnom Penh’s welfare was the highest expenditure at over 6 million. However, in this city security and development had been spending similarly at 3 million.
