The line graph illustrates the oil price in dollars per barrel between 2000 and 2010. Overall, throughout the time, the price of each oil barrel experienced a dramatic fluctuation and increased significantly eventually. In the first ten years, the cost of each barrel increased slightly but later increased sharply. The price in 2000 reached nearly thirty dollars.
