The diagram illistrates water use for domestic, agricultural and industrial purposes, in Gulf Countries in 2000. Overall, it can be seen that there are 3 purposes of using water. Agriculture is the biggest user among 2. Domestic is the second biggest use, and finally industrial is in the third place. Saudi Arabia and Oman is the top users of agriculture purpose with the percentage of 82. Then UAE and Qatar is the middle group of users using 60 % of water for agriculture. After that Bahrainand Quwait is the small group of users using about 39% in Bahrain and 19 % in Kuwait. Kuwait and Bahrain had more similar percentage in the use of water in home, more than 50 %. Next UAE had 38 % of water use and in Qatar 35 %. Kuwait had the biggest % in industrial purpose. It is about 18 %, and the percentage of water use in industrial purpose in Bahrain is approximately 9 %.
