My neighbourhood has changed a lot during the past few years. It has become more crowded as there has been the emergence of several apartments. A residential house has been demolished to make room for a convenience store. Moreover, my neighbourhood has also witnessed an establishment of a new pharmacy. Notwithstanding such developments, the market has stayed unchanged. Illustrated in the maps are the alterations which have been made to the ground floor of the gallery of art from the year of 2015 until the present time. Overall, the art gallery bottom floor has experienced significant changes with the demolition of a coffee shop and a gallery office together with the emergence of a lift and a vending machine. There is no questioning of the fact that the gallery has been modernized totally. As can be inferred from the maps, talking of the near side of the ground floor, it is apparent that the fourth exhibition room has been chopped down to make room for an area of kids and an impermanent exhibition to serve its visitors. Simultaneously, whilst there has been the replacement of a café by a souvenir shop, a vending machine has been erected in the site where the gallery office once located. Moving on to the other side of the floor, regardless of the fact that three exhibition rooms have been left unaltered, there has been the construction of an elevator adjacent to the third exhibition room. Additionally, the receptionist located in the hall has been relocated to be nearer the entrance of the gallery.
