This graph shows the information about percentage change in average house prices in five different cities between 1990 and 2002 compared with the average house prices in 1989. In between 1990 and 1995, price of houses in New york goes downward by 5% whereas its price falls by 7. 5% in Tokyo and London. Athough, the price rate of houses in Madrid and Frankfust shows an upward trend and rose by 2% approximately. Apart from this, in between 1996 and 2002, the prices of houses in New york were dramatically increased by 5%. However, the price of houses in Madrid and Frankfust were add up by 4% and 2% respectively. On the other hand, the prices were dramatically decreased by 5% in Tokyo. Last but not least, there was a dramatic escalation in the prices of London which reached to 12%. Overall, the prices were shown as diminishing in former years and rising in latter years.
