This report documents the findings of a usability test of the website www. kerala. bsnl. com which was carried out during the month of November and December 2021 by Asish Viswanath Kunnekavil. The usability testing was carried out with 5 participants to assess the ease of use of the BSNL website, to improve the interface and as well as the experience.
BSNL is one of the largest Indian cellular service providers and the largest land line telephone provider in India. This organization was founded back in 2000 and it is under the ownership of Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, Government of India (Statista, April 2021)

This platform provides in depth information about various plans to their potential subscribers and as well as non-subscribers. The website acting as a medium for the users to apply for a new connection, paying the bills, recharge their telephone devices.
The website should have a clear purpose. It should be visually pleasing and easy to navigate. It should perform well for a wide range of visitors and be technically stable and secure.
