I have been given various charts that represent the daily intake of sodium, saturated fats and added sugar. The graph clearly conveys the facts that sodium is mostly consumed in dinner and so is the saturated fat. Whereas added sugar is consumed largely in snacks. This raises an important question. Is an average American dinner that harmful?
The breakfast is one of the important meals of the days and sure enough the American meal is good because it carries less amounts of unhealthy components like these. These unhealthy components are consumed at a high percentage in lunches but it not as high as dinner. Most of the saturated fat goes into the body via snacks, which is rightly presumed by everyone around the world to contain unhealthy components and the presumption is justifies by this graph. All these unhealthy components should be avoided because if it is consumed too much can cause extreme body problems.
