As can be observed that, the significant changes can be obvious in observation the way of city hospital in the year of 2007 to 2010. There are some traffic issues and that is why the city hospital of the west side to develop the car park for the staff and public. Not only to develop of car parking but also establish roundabout in the centre of the city hospital. Further, the bus station was on 6 different parts in the term of 2007. Then after 3 years, it developed and made another side of the staff car parking. Then to reduce traffic and accidents also made roundabout and it connects with the hospital road in the year of 2010. Overall, the city hospital converted with the 2 roundabouts and also staff car parking and public car parking with separated.
