The pie char depict the details on in-house training in four programs for a huge financial company. However, the percentage of manager and associates attitude towards the 4 attributes are illustrated in bar graph. Overall, the duration of technical learning is highest than any other learning and most of the employees think this is the most significant for the job. Firstly, the most hours of coaching was in the technical with 50% of all other coaching. At the same time, the lowest time was spend was on interpersonal skills a long with health and safety learning for about one forth percent each. Besides, technical knowledge the most of the period was invested in career development. In addition to the bar chart, the Perspective of importance of work, have been observed as the highest between the higher authorities( 70%)and other staff (85%). On the same time, excellent excuse for changes as an outlook, were about 60%-65% of department heads and others. Nevertheless waste of precious time have been the lowest frame of mind, by less than one in ten percent between both managers and secretary. Lastly, best for socialising or networking, have been the viewpoint of forty percent managers and fifty percent of secretary. Overall, Interpersonal skills training, is the most invested area in comparison to technical, career development, health and safety lessons. Schools of thoughts, important for job was the highest percent in both managers and secretaries.
