The diagram illustrates how cacao beans and liquid chocolate are made. According to the diagram, the overall processes consist of 10 methods, which begin from growing cocoa trees and end with squeezing the beans to receive liquid chocolate. Firstly, cacao trees are mainly grown in three countries, which include South America, Africa and Indonesia, when the pods turn from green to be red, it implies that they are ready to be harvested. After collecting all red pods, the pods will be cut in order to collect white cocoa beans, hence, they will be fermented and followed by drying through sunlight, so that the white beans are turned to be brown as we are used to. Next step is a production of liquid chocolate, the fermented and dried cocoa beans will be packed in a huge sacks and weighted in order to be transported to a manufacture by train or truck. After that it will be roasted up to 350 Celsius, and then the roasted beans will be crushed to get rid of the outer shell. Lastly, the crushed beans will be pressed in a tiny piece, therefore, the chocolate water can be made.
