The two maps show the expansion of a shopping mall to the southside from its original infrastructure and additional changes that are planned along with it.
Overall, The plan is to totally extend the Mall to the golf course and park in order to allow for new stores and eateries and in addition to that the car park is also expanded.
Firstly, the shopping mall consists of a Children play area, Noodle shops, Cinemas, Cafe and supermarket along with toilet facilities and a departmental store. There is a golf course and a park is present in the east of the Shopping centre and a car park and Fitness centre opposite the mall entrance.
According to the proposal, only the supermarket, Toilets and department store remaining will remain the same from the original infrastructure. The largest development would be the department store which is expanded in an easterly direction, where this will overtake land previously allotted for golf course and park and the car park. The fitness centre will also be demolished in order to expand the space for Carpark.
There will be a new information centre in place of the cafe. The play area, Noodle shop, Cinemas will be demolished to make way for cosmetics and gift shops. The fashion store is added along with a new entrance to the department store.
