A close look reviews that a man-made lake was created by manually expanding along the path between the business district and the government building and constructing the dam in the distant part of the river. Business district also has developed to the south side of the river around the old bridge during the old bridge. The resident community has expanded dramatically by about 10 times in size around the business district. The old government building was downsized; however, a big new one has been built in the south of the city. The airport remains in the same location, but its size increased about three times. The traffic roads have developed as well by adding one more road with a small bridge across the east side of the river which merged with one of two major roads before the airport. Overall, during the past 70 years, the city has tremendously developed  in terms of its size of city and its population which increased 10 times from 20 thousand in 1950 to 200 thousand nowadays.
