The diagrams illustrate the change of an area near a public library that roads can access in 2010 and 2015. Overall, bus stops were removed from the Crown Road area. The bus station and 2 roundabouts were added. The public car park was relocated. The staff car park, public library, the Kingsley Road, the Crown Road, and the Ring Road were still in the same place. 6 Bus stops, which are removed, are on each side of the Crown Road. The bus station was added on the west side near the Crown Road, and it is connected to the 2 roundabouts. 2 roundabouts were added. The first roundabout was on the junction between The Ring Road and The Crown Road; on the junction, the second roundabout was located between The Kingsley Road and The Crown Road. The public car park was moved to the new place on the right side of the public library. There were 5 constructions which remained.
