The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and in 2010. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The maps illustrate changes in access routes to a city hospital between 2007 and 2010. In the first map, it can be seen that the hospital was surrounded by a ring road. To the south of the hospital, a T-junction connected the ring road with the Hospital road, which ran from north to south and were equipped with bus stops on both of its sides. A car park for staff and the public was just behind the east bus-stops. Another road, the City Road, running from east to west crossed Hospital Road. After three years, the hospital and ring road remained largely unchanged but the roads witnessed a vast change. In 2010, two new roundabouts were built at both ends of the Hospital Rd replacing the T-junction and intersection. Furthermore, the old bus stops have been replaced by a bus station in the west and a staff-only car park in the east. The car park for the public has been moved to the east of the hospital just outside the ring road.
