The two maps below illustrate how Dubai's street has changed after the construction of several facilities in recent decades. Overall, Dubai has developed significantly, there are countless high buildings and the population has grown rapidly. But there are fewer bushies and more trees have been grown. As you can see in the first picture, there was a multi-directional road surrounded by a big roundabout clock. There were few buildings in the corner of the picture and most of the land was empty and full of sand. Along the roadside of the streets, plenty of bushes were grown to keep the street looked more natural and attractive. Compared to the past, as you can see nowdays, there have been massive changes. More trees have been grown around the roundabout. But in addition, people have cut down all the bushes along the street. Moreover, the empty sand fields have been filled with countless high buildings and skyscrapers. Finally, the city is now more modern and crowded since the appearance of cars and people. In conclusion, Dubai has developed significantly in just a few decades. There are more buildings, trees, cars and especially there are more people.
