Overall, the government spent large amount on education in both years and minimum on idustrilaisation, which was similar in the given period. It is apparent from the figure that, in 1981, Education became the most popular sector, on which the spenders paid out the money, accounting for 32%, which was closely followed by health services (25%). The government had been outlaid the money on entertainment, which accounted for 6%, almost it's double spent on agriculture (12%), which was closely followed by transport facilities. The remaining portion was spending on indusrty and other sections. The data reported 2% and 10%, respectively. As regards 1991, industry had same proption of expenditure. Education witnessed 48%, which was almost half from agricultural section(15%). The entertainment section reported 1% increment, which was closely followed by transport sector, contributing 6%.
