Overall, the government spent large amount on education in both years and minimum on idustrilaisation, which was similar in the given period. It is apparent from the figure that, in 1981, Education became the most popular sector, on which the spenders paid out the money, accounting for 32%, which was closely followed by health services (25%). The government had been outlaid the money on entertainment, which accounted for 6%, almost it's double spent on agriculture (12%), which was closely followed by transport facilities.
