Overall, in the year 1981, the highest amount spent was on teacher’s salaries by 40% followed by 28% on other worker’s salaries. The percentage spent on equipment, furniture and books was 15% each. The least spending was on insurance by 2%. After ten years, in 1991 the diagrams show 50% were paid as teaching staff salaries while 22% were paid as non-teaching staff salaries. Furthermore, 20% was spending was on books and other resources whereas 5% on furniture and equipment and only 3% on insurance. Finally, in 2001, money spent on insurance was increased to 8% however, salaries given to teachers and other staff were 45% and 15% respectively On the contrary 9% was spent on resources like books and stationery and 23% on furniture and equipment.
