From the given years spending for addition resources is only decreasing. Teachers’ salaries firstly having an increase by 10% in 1991, but after ten years decreasing to the half of following increase and spending only 45% from all of outcomes. The same and unstable situation with school’s spending for facilities like: furniture and equipment. Firstly it decreased thirdly from 1981, after that in 2001 the school spot nearly 25% of full outcome. Spends for other school workers has totally fall in the all of given period. In particular, from 1981 till 2001, school’s spend for staff decreased from 28% to 9%. Most insignificant school spending is for insurance which always consist less than 10%, in contrast progressing from 2% till 8% of all school outcomes.
