Moreover, education's rating rose over the period while that of transportation fell. in 1918 people rated healthcare, education and environment the highest, with over 80% for healthcare while the other two factors had 72%. under ten percent of respondents thought these services were bad. As for shopping and employment, both had similar figures, that was around 60% but almost 24% people said that they were average. Merely half of total population gave high score to transportation, with roughly a third proportion of individuals stating, that it was bad. turning to 2010, the most significant changes were seen in education as over 80% were happy with it. On the other hand, the rating of healthcare fell to 74%. The employment factor improved as almost three-quarters of masses expressed satisfaction. In contrast, rating of transport facilities fell to 39% and similar proportion believed that it was bad. Finally, with regard to the environment and shopping, their scores level both remained relatively unchanged.
