The tables and pie chart provide the proportion of customers' levels of expression about a new shopping centre in Auckland, New Zealand. Overall, there are three aspects that are taken into this survey which are shops, restaurants and the design. Although some shoppers are dissatisfied, the shopping complex received many positive ratings. In detail, women enjoys shops more than men with a proportion of 71% against 62%, including both very satisfied and satisfied only. In contrast, the percentage of pleased male customers in restaurants dominants that of female shoppers, with 80% and 59%, respectively. The level of unpleasure in women about restaurants is also around 4 times higher than the level of dissatisfaction in men, while it is equal in shops, with 20% sharp. There are 33% of men and 29% of women give zero comment about neither the two aspects. The pie chart illustrates the overwhelming percentage of 62% of extremely satisfied in both genders regarding to the design of the complex, while 17% are just satisfied. The remaining 21% are categorized into satisfaction and having no comment for the complex.
