The table shows and predicts the percentage of population of the age 65 and above in three countries

The table provides information and future prediction about the increase or decrease in the population aged 65 and above in Canada, Germany and UK. Overall, over the period of 43 years there can be a 10% increase in the population in Canada and Germany. UK can notice a hike of approximately 6%. In 2030, all the mentioned countries may have 20 to 30% of the total population within the age group of 65 and above. Regarding United Kingdom, in the year 1988, the percentage was 14. 23%, a slight growth of 0. 66% was observed in the year 2000, it is predicted that after 30 years this percentage will have a rise of about 6%. As far as Canada and Germany are concerned, the initial percentage was 16. 32% and 20. 455% respectively. Both the countries observed a growth of about 5% in the year 2000. Further, there is a prediction of a subsequent rise of another 5% till the year 2030.
