The provided tabular data illustrates the proportion of people assessing six aspects of one city life as good, average, and bad in 1980 and 2010. Overall, Health care, education, and the environment were given the highest score in both years, and transport received the lowest. It can be clearly seen that, In 1980, the number of people assesses healthcare, education, and the environment the highest, with the approvals of health care with over 80%, while the two others have the figure of 72%. Under 10% of people thought that these services are bad. As far as shopping and employment around tho-third of correspondent thought these services are good whilst, the one-third believe it was not adequate. Similarly, the percentage of approving transport was 52% and 32% of individuals describes as not good. Probing further, In 2010, the employment and education services faced drastic increases of approval by 10 however, the good rating for healthcare and transport fell significantly by 8% and 13% respectively and the rating for not good of these services increased by 4% and 6% accordingly.
