The table illustrates how much salary the junior and senior school pay for teachers in different countries in 2009. Overall, it is clear that schoolteachers from Luxembourg had both the highest starting and maximum salary. As can be seen from the data, Luxembourg, Japan and Korea worked more than thirty years to receive the top salary, while Australia and Denmark only took less than ten years. In addition, secondary and highschool teachers in Luxembourg offered 80, 000 for starting, compared to just 28, 000 in Australia. Besides, teachers in Korea and Japan achieved the starting salary at 30, 000 and 34, 000 respectively, but Denmark got more of them with 45, 000. According to the figure, the salary of instructors after 15 years and maximum were the same in Australia at 48, 000 and Denmark at 54, 000 respectively.
