It is clear that students in Germany got the highest average overall band score of 6. 7, compared with 6. 4 of Malaysian ones. Furthermore, both German and Malaysian students were the most outstanding groups in Speaking skills with the common band score of 6. 9 and 6. 7 respectively. Meanwhile, the lowest result of German students taking the Ielts tests were 6. 3 in Reading skills whereas that in Malaysia was Writing skills with 6. 0. Looking at other figures, Ielts contestants in France achieved higher overall band score (6. 5) than Vietnam ones, 6. 3. Similarly, the Writing results of French students was significantly higher than that of Vietnamese students with 6. 5 and 6. 1 band scores respectively. However, the common band scores in both nations in Listening and Reading skills witnessed an equal figure, 6. 3 for Listening and 6. 1 for Reading.
