The following table illustrates the information of ten countries with largest population in the year of 2019 and project the numbers in 2100. Unites are measured in million. Overall, it can be seen that all countries are expected to experience a growth in population with two exceptions of China and Brazil. Three new countries (D. R. Congo, Ethiopia and Tanzania) will replace Bangladesh, Russia and Mexico in 2100 to become the top ten countries. With regard to China, it had the highest number of people in 2019 with 1439 million, while it is projected to drop dramatically to 941 million people in 2100 and will be the second highest in the world. India’s population will rise gradually from 1380 million to 1551 million and become the highest in 2100. Although USA is expected to rise to 478 million in 2100, its ranking dropped from third to fourth, due to the replacement by Nigeria with a significant growth to 730 million by over three-fold of its number in 2019.
