To begin, in 1975, the orgaization with the highest ratio is Finsbury Ltd, having the value reached up to 16%, meanwhile the lowest being Eldan Ltd which only arrived at 3%, followed by Bamforth Ltd at 9%. In the year of 1980, Eldan's participation rate still remained the same, however, Finsbury's was dropped by 2%, unlike Bamforth which increased at the same rate.
The changed in the trend occured during 1990 where Eldan achieved the highest percentage of female senior management at the rate of 28%, along with Bamforth at 15% and Finsbury at 22%.
