The table illustrates the proportion of women working as a senior management position in three different companies from 1975 to 2015. Overall, number of women working as a senior managerial level in Eldan and Bamforth LTD companies are increasing throughout the 50 years period. In contrast, Finsbury LTD percentage was changing every 5 years. It can be clearly seen, Eldan and Bamforth are two companies who displays a steady increasing figures from the beginning of the period till 2015. In 1975 and 1980, Eldan LTD got a similar data of 3%, then after 5 years they experienced more than threefold of women staff, and consistently rose at the final year, who made up the biggest percentage of 64% compared to other companies.
