The table shows results of surveys regarding visitor satisfaction before and after refurbishment. A total of 74, 000 visitors came to the Ashdown museum befor refurbishment. Out of the the 74, 000 visitors there were a lot of dissatisfied visitors(40%) of them. Very few visitors were satisfied by the infrastructure and the presence of the museum (10%). 30% of them were satisfied and 15% of them were very much satisfied about the museum. Not everyone gives a feedback, there was no response from 5% of them. After Refurbishment - The year after refurbishing the museum, there was a marginal change in the number of visitors and also the positive feedback. After refurbishing, the museum was visited by 92, 000 people which was 18, 000 more after refurbishing. 75% of the visitors were satisfied in which, 35% were very much satisfied and 40% gave a satisfied feedback. There was a drastic fall in the percentage rate of dissatisfied visitors, it went down from 40% to 15% after refurbishing. 5% were very disasitisfied and there was no response from 5% of them. So, the information from the charts clearly show us the increase in number of visitors and a positive increase rate of visitors satisfaction after the museum was refurbished.
