The graph gives information about how many percentages of regional household recycling rates increased over a ten year period. From the graph we can see that in Germany, regional household recycling rates increase gradually from 2005 to 2009, rise sharply in 2011 and go up steadily from 2011 to 2015. In the UK, regional household recycling rates go up gradually from 2005 to 2007 but it stabilises at 40% until 2009, but from 2009 to 2011, it rises sharply and increases steadily from 2011 to 2015. On the other hand, in France, from 2005 it drops dramatically from 50% to 30% until 2013. After a significant fall, it rises sharply to 40% from 2013 to 2015.
