Compared with them, Sydney’s usage charge per kiloliter (up to 125 kls) required $0. 98 which twice more than adelaide’s and perth’s. Meanwhile, the usage charge in Brisbane was $0. 84 per kiloliter and Melbourne was $0. 78 per kiloliter(up to 125 kls). If you use too much water which is over 125 kls in perth or Adelaide, you have to pay more. For example, the usage charge of perth is the most, you spend $1. 5 per kiloliter.
