The table shows the opinions of the officers of the company and their partners for the causes of stress in officers' lifestyles. Overall, the majority of them opines that the main reasons behind their sufferings are time pressure and deadlines. To begin with, more than half of the CEOs agree that time pressure and deadlines are the factors causing stress. Secondly, other factors like demands of work on private life, demands of work on relationship with family, work-related travels, and work overloads are considered as the reasons behind the stress by 37 to 45% of executives. Moreover, the majority of CEOs do not have problems with the remaining categories. In addition to it, the category which is most popular among the officers is also a highly voted category among their partners as well. However, the majority of the partners consider long working hours as the primary cause of stress as it is voted by 62% of them. Lastly, other listed reasons are not considered as a problem by most of the partners as it was voted by only 17% to 37% of them.
