This pie chart provides the information regarding contribution of popular transport modes in the City of Cambridge in year 2008 and 2018. Overall it can be seen that car was preferred the most as means of transport in 2008 whereas walking was least preferred. However in 2018 this trend changed and bicycle/buses becomes the most significant means of transport and car was the least used among others. In 2008 bicycle was used by only 17% people as a means of transport but this trend changed and by 2018 it was preferred by 30% of people. On the other hand walking was least preferred and only holds 11% ratio in 2008 however it went upto 25% in 2018. Cars were the major means of commute which was 42% in 2008 but this pattern changed in 10 years and in 2018 it went down to 20% and was the least preferred. Further in 2008 buses were also used by 30% but it declined by 5% and was equally preferred as walking which is 25%.
