Overall, it is noticeable that the population of elderly people is predicted to rise in all three countries over the period from 1988 through 2030. The highest percentage of older people was Germany which will continue to remain consistently ranked first in 2030, while the opposite can be seen in the UK. In the space of 12 years from 1988, the aging population of Canada and Germany went up by around 5% to 20. 67% and 25. 32% respectively. The UK, on the other hand, showed a negligible change in the proportion of its citizens aged 65-and-over age and maintained at just under 15% over the period given. By 2030, it is expected that the number of elderly Germans will rise to reach about 30%, marking the highest point of the whole table.
