The picture depicts how soft drinks are produced. Overall, the process comprises five main stages, starting with water purifying and ending with boxing. At the beginning of the production, the raw water is filtered, after which water softener and other substances are added to make it drinkable. The liquid is then pumped through electric heaters to vaporize before travelling through a cooling pile and being mixed with a flow of carbon dioxide to create fizzy water. The process continues with the mixing of the sparkling water in a tank, at which point food colorings, syrup and flavoring agents are added according to the desired types of drink. In the next stage, the water is filtered again to ensure the quality of the drink before being bottled and caned.
