The given graph shows all steps to produce dough for a pizza. At the very first step, all materials included four cups of flour, one and a half cups of water, 2 teaspoons of salf, and half of teaspoon dry active yeast would be added into a mixer to mix completely. The mixer would be set at slow rate for 2 minutes and then was increased to medium rate for the next 5 minutes. After that, the machine would be set back to slow rate for 2 minutes till the end. In the next step, the dough was allowed to rest for at least 2 hours and after that it should be double in size compared to the beginning.
