As can be seen, that it is a lengthy process, which is comprised of tomatoes are picked and then put into the basket and culminating in bottles of tomato ketchup is produced and used with food.
At the first stage, ripe tomatoes are picked and put into the basket by the picker. Next, they are taken to a warehouse where they are sorted to remove rotten ones so that tomatoes ketchup can get a high quality as possible. The quality tomatoes are then transported to a factory in which they have removed some unnecessary parts including stalks, seeds and skins. After that, they have been stored in containers and are crushed to become liquid then. To enhance flavour, at this point the crushed tomatoes are mixed with several ingredients such as sugar, vinegar and salt before being boiled.
After being left in a pot for 2 hours to get it cool, the mixture, which called ketchup, is poured into bottles.
The process continues with putting lids on the bottles and labelling. To make sure the safety of products to be consumed, they are inspected carefully by quality controllers. Following this, the bottles are filled into large cardboard boxes and then delivered to the supermarket ready for sale. Finally, customer can purchase and enjoy tasty tomato ketchup with their food.
