The given pie chart illustrates the percentages of the Federal Budget allotted for Non-Defense Discretionary Spending in the Financial year 2019. It can be observed that more importance was given to Health care and health research which accounted for the majority of the budget, whereas, less significance was given to Diplomacy and international affairs while calculating the Federal budget for FY 2019. It can be seen in the pie chart that the Federal budget considered for the following three departments i. e. Law enforcement and governance, Science, environment, and energy, and Economic Security marked to 12%, 12%, and 13% respectively, while only 8% of the total budget was granted for Diplomacy and international affairs. In contrast, the Federal department has assigned 15% of the total amount to Education and training, however, for Transportation and economic development, and Health care and health research the financial spendings decided from the total was 19% and 22% correspondingly.
