The preceding pie charts give the information about social media channels which is more preferable to teenagers in the United Kingdom in the year between 2010 to 2012. Overall, it is clear that, although Facebook was the highest useful social media channel in every year for the UK's youth, however, Pinterest was not that much useable channel. Meanwhile, LinkedIn and Twitter's usage was almost similar in throughout the years where google's usage was exactly similar to Pinterest in 2010. In 2010, the highest preference gives to Facebook by teenagers, accounting 59%. Also, in 2011, Facebook was taken place almost half as compared to others that is, 49%. Eventually, in 2012, its usage fell significantly, proportionally 38%. Though Google and Pinterest were at the same level 5% in 2010, the interest were rose slightly in next two years, considering 14% and 8% respectively. In terms of LinkedIn and Twitter, the preference for the same were increased steadily year by year, in count 10% and 21% in 2010, 12% and 23% in 2011, also 15% and 25% in 2012 individually.
