Overall, both types of room have basic facilities required for a comfortable stay for students namely, bed, study table, television, microwave, sink, stove and many other things. Sharing room is larger than single. However, the area per student is more in case of single room. Double sharing room is build in 24 meter square area. It accommodates 2 beds which are on the opposite sides of the room. For studying, students are being provided with 2 separate study tables which are put adjacent to the bed. One table and chair is also provided in this type of accommodation which can be utilized for dinning purpose. In kitchen, stove and microwave has been provided to the tenants. There is only one bathroom which needs to be shared by both students. Tenants needs to pay $350/week for this double sharing room. Single room covers an area of 15 meter square.
